ALBA Graduate Business School was founded in 1992 and operates under the auspices of the business community, an association of corporations and institutional members, currently numbering 87. ΑLΒΑ, a not-for-profit organization, strives for excellence, quality and continuous innovation in research and teaching.
An International School
Our international students come from countries as diverse as Nigeria, France, China, Romania, Russia, Jordan, South Africa and many others. Through student exchange programs, students have the opportunity to study abroad and build international networks. Partner Schools include EM Lyon, XLRI Jamshedpur, University of San Diego, Sabanci Universitesi and others. In 2013, ALBA hosted the international competition The Negotiation Challenge (TNC), where students from Harvard Law School and other 20 Universities from all over the world competed in negotiation role plays. ALBA MBA students have won the largest number of awards in the prestigious European Business Plan of the Year Competition (EBPYC) during the past 12 years, competing against the top European business schools, including London Business School and INSEAD.

The ALBA Hub for Enterprise and Development (AHEAD) brings together all ALBA’s activities dedicated to entrepreneurship. Teaching, Research and Outreach are our main functions. We support students and alumni entrepreneurs through our exclusive services, and work closely with the Greek entrepreneurial ecosystem to celebrate all forms of enterprising.

We pride ourselves in coaching tomorrow’s leaders in business. We are committed to supporting our graduates and alumni in their local and international job search and provide them with a wide range of services so as to assist them in their career planning and development: Career Coaching, Career Preparation Workshops, Career Development Events, and the Career Forum, the pinnacle of our Career Office’s activities.
