The mission of Human Resources is to make sure that the Group has the people it needs to grow and to offer its employees fulfilling career possibilities. In this framework, Human Resources professionals, in close cooperation with operations managers, define and implement principles and processes in line with the Group’s decentralized management organization. This decentralized organization fosters responsibility among teams and allows to attract the best candidates, both to support organic growth and to deploy new activities. Imerys is offering a great opportunity to talented and motivated recent graduates. Our Graduate’s Trainee Program provides graduates with rich and diverse experiences in a multicultural and challenging environment. The aim is to recruit top-performing graduates, enabling them to accelerate their career and become part of the next generation of the key contributors of Imerys. The Program consists of two 12-month rotations in two different positions. The program is open to fresh graduates with up to 3 years of experience.

Imerys CSR strategy articulates around social responsibility, environmental stewardship and corporate governance axes. We participate in 10 Environmental, Mining and CSR Organizations, supporting progress towards several UN Sustainable Development Goals.
